The last harmatan of Alusine Dunbar

A fascinating book, full of magic, taking its reader on an exciting journey back and forth through centuries. Not being a fantasy novel, you need phantasy to appreciate this extraordinary book!
From the jacket of 'The last Harmattan of Alusine Dunbar':
Sulaiman the Nubian has transcended the divide between life and death, between the past, present and future: in him are distilled the ancient arts of magic and prophecy. He speaks to a young man who is still of this world, destined himself to break through barriers with his passion and his poetry.
